释义	法律分析：对保密工作方针、保密制度、监督管理、法律责任等方面作了规定。修订之后的保密法与以往相比，主要有修改完善:一是在保密工作方针中明确了保密与公开的关系，明确了保密工作既要确保国家秘密安全，又要便利信息资源合理利用。二是增加了确定国家秘密事项的标准。三是增加了定密责任人制度，变更和解除工作更加科学、合理和准确。法律依据：《中华人民共和国保守国家秘密法》第一条，为了保守国家秘密，维护国家安全和利益，保障改革开放和社会主义建设事业的顺利进行，制定本法。
