释义	法律分析: 可以，询问的过程不能陪同,陪着去派出所没问题,但做笔录必须要一个人完成。未成年人做笔录必须要有监护人在一旁陪同。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》第五十六条公安机关、人民检察院讯问未成年犯罪嫌疑人，询问未成年证人、被害人，应当通知监护人到场。《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第七十九条公安机关及其人民警察对治安案件的调查，应当依法进行。严禁刑讯逼供或者采用威胁、引诱、欺骗等非法手段收集证据。以非法手段收集的证据不得作为处罚的根据。
