释义	法律分析：不可以退，如果擅自撤走注册资金属于抽逃出资，将会被处以所抽逃出资金额百分之五以上百分之十五以下的罚款。但是注册资金在公司注销清偿完所有债务后有剩余的，剩余资金可以返还。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第三十五条公司成立后，股东不得抽逃出资。第二百条公司的发起人、股东在公司成立后，抽逃其出资的，由公司登记机关责令改正，处以所抽逃出资金额百分之五以上百分之十五以下的罚款。
