释义	法律分析：个人申请劳动仲裁的时候又被单位反申请，当事人按照正常程序参与仲裁就可以，只要有理有据，就可以能够依法维权。反申请是指在已经开始的仲裁程序中，被申请人以原仲裁申请人为被申请人，向仲裁委员会提出的与原仲裁请求在事实上和法律上有牵连的，目的在于抵消或者吞并仲裁申请人原仲裁请求的独立的请求。法律依据：《劳动人事争议仲裁办案规则》第三十五条被申请人可以在答辩期间提出反申请，仲裁委员会应当自收到被申请人反申请之日起五日内决定是否受理并通知被申请人。
