关于急辞工劳动法是怎么规定的

法律分析：急辞工劳动法的规定是劳动者解除劳动合同，应当提前30日以书面形式通知用人单位；劳动者违反劳动法规定的条件解除劳动合同或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密事项，对用人单位造成经济损失的，应当依法承担赔偿责任。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
