1、释义区别，赠与是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人、受赠人表示接受的一种行为。赠予是送财物或他物给人；
2、行为区别，赠与行为的实质是财产所有权的转移。标的物的所有权出现了单方向的转移时，这种行为就是赠予。

《中华人民共和国民法典》
第六百五十七条 赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。
第六百五十九条 赠与的财产依法需要办理登记或者其他手续的，应当办理有关手续。
