释义	法律分析：遗产税，又称死亡税，是以被继承人去世后所遗留的财产为征税对象，向遗产的继承人和受遗赠人征收的税。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百二十三条继承开始后，按照法定继承办理；有遗嘱的，按照遗嘱继承或者遗赠办理；有遗赠扶养协议的，按照协议办理。《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》第二十八条税务机关依照法律、行政法规的规定征收税款，不得违反法律、行政法规的规定开征、停征、多征、少征、提前征收、延缓征收或者摊派税款。农业税应纳税额按照法律、行政法规的规定核定。
