公租房需要交物业费。公租房物业管理费标准在法律上未明确规定，公租房的住户享受物业服务的，是需要缴纳物业费的。根据相关法律规定，物业服务收费是指物业管理企业按照物业服务合同的约定，对房屋及配套的设施设备和相关场地进行维修、养护、管理，维护相关区域内的环境卫生和秩序，向业主所收取的费用。
物业费的用途如下：
1、支付小区公用设备的维修和保养费用；
2、物业管理公共区域的绿化养护费用；
3、小区管理公共区域清洁卫生费用；
4、小区内公共区域秩序维护费用；
5、物业管理服务人员的工资；
6、物业行政办公费用；
7、物业管理固定资产折旧费用；
8、物业公众责任保险费用。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百四十四条
业主应当按照约定向物业服务人支付物业费。物业服务人已经按照约定和有关规定提供服务的，业主不得以未接受或者无需接受相关物业服务为由拒绝支付物业费。
业主违反约定逾期不支付物业费的，物业服务人可以催告其在合理期限内支付；合理期限届满仍不支付的，物业服务人可以提起诉讼或者申请仲裁。
物业服务人不得采取停止供电、供水、供热、供燃气等方式催交物业费。
