释义	抢劫罪是以非法占有为目的，对财物的所有人、保管人当场使用暴力、胁迫或其他方法，强行将公私财物抢走的行为。其侵犯的客体是复杂客体，既包括他人财产权，也包括他人人身安全权。所以，抢劫罪中是包含了致人身体损伤的结果的。抢劫致人受伤或者死亡都是实施抢劫行为时可以预料到的情形，所以在抢劫过程中致人死亡不会另行定罪，仍然定抢劫罪，只不过会加重处罚。刑法第263条规定了抢劫可以判处死刑的情形，其中之一就是抢劫致人重伤死亡的。因此，抢劫致人死亡，定罪仍是只定抢劫罪一罪，但是量刑却有可能到死刑的程度。
