释义	法律分析：投案自首算肇事逃逸。主观上为了逃避法律责任或救助义务，驾驶肇事车辆或者遗弃肇事车辆，逃离道事故现场的；客观上有逃离现场的行为的，那么就会被认定肇事逃逸。即使事后投案也会被认定为肇事逃逸。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路安全法》第一百零一条违反道路交通安全法律、法规的规定，发生重大交通事故，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任，并由公安机关交通管理部门吊销机动车驾驶证。造成交通事故后逃逸的，由公安机关交通管理部门吊销机动车驾驶证，且终生不得重新取得机动车驾驶证。
