释义	法律分析：抗辩权，指的是妨碍他人行使权力的一种对抗性权利。在实践中，大部分的抗辩权的目的在于拒绝对方的请求，使对方的请求权无法实现。所以，抗辩权并不是一种攻击性的权利，而是一种防御性的权利，只有当一方当事人行使请求权时，另一方当事人才可能对此进行抗辩，属于对请求权效力的一种阻却。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百二十五条当事人互负债务，没有先后履行顺序的，应当同时履行。一方在对方履行之前有权拒绝其履行请求。一方在对方履行债务不符合约定时，有权拒绝其相应的履行请求。
