释义	法律分析：如果合同中明确规定，以附清单为生效要件的，则合同未附清单合同无效。如果该合同并没有明确注明以附清单为生效要件的且合同是双方当事人真实的意思表示，并且合同内容不违反法律法规及社会的公序良俗的，则该合同有法律效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百三十六条民事法律行为自成立时生效，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。行为人非依法律规定或者未经对方同意，不得擅自变更或者解除民事法律行为。
