释义	法律分析：不能，犯罪记录只有警察系统能查到。法律依据：《关于建立犯罪人员犯罪记录制度的意见》第二条规范犯罪人员信息查询机制。公安机关、国家安全机关、人民检察院和司法行政机关分别负责受理、审核和处理有关犯罪记录的查询申请。上述机关在向社会提供犯罪信息查询服务时，应当严格依照法律法规关于升学、入伍、就业等资格、条件的规定进行。辩护律师为依法履行辩护职责，要求查询本案犯罪嫌疑人、被告人的犯罪记录的，应当允许，涉及未成年人的犯罪记录被执法机关依法封存的除外。
