释义	担保人不可以撤销担保。我国法律将撤销权的行使主体限定为债权人，仅从字面意思上理解，担保人并不属于债权人的范畴。担保人只有在承担了担保责任后，方具备债权人的地位，在此之前，不能说债务人的行为侵害了担保人的债权。因此，担保人不能成为撤销权行使的主体。
