释义	法律分析：近亲结婚的危害：近亲结婚，后代的死亡率高，并常出现痴呆、畸形儿和遗传病患者。法律规定，有下情形之一，禁止结婚（一）直系血亲和三代以内的旁系血亲；（二）患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病。量事实证明近亲结婚对后代不利，应当禁止。由于近亲结婚的夫妇，从共同的祖先那里获得的基因大致相同，这就导致了后代携带的基因里重合度很高隐形有害的基因也会占比升高法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十八条直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。
