释义	一般来说，就算是信用卡长期逾期，也不会影响孩子们的学业。虽然信用卡不还款，银行会对持卡人进行催收。催收超过3个月还未未能成功追回欠款，银行可起诉持卡人。但是，法院也只允许持银行追回欠款，不会影响持卡人子女考大学。但是持卡人需要注意的是，信用卡逾期不会影响孩子的学业，是因为信用调查属于个人信用调查，而不是家庭责任。但是如果持卡人因信用卡逾期而成为失信人员的话，那么持卡人孩子的上学将受到限制，择校会受到影响，出国留学也是不可能的。
