释义	法律分析：概念等不同。附条件赠与，是指当事人对赠与行为设定一定的条件，把条件的成就与否作为赠与行为的效力发生或消灭的前提。而附义务赠与合同是指在赠与合同中赠与人对其赠与附加一定的条件，使受赠人负担一定的义务。附义务的赠与，赠与人表示接受赠与的，合同生效；但如果不履行义务，赠与人有权撤销赠与合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百六十一条赠与可以附义务。赠与附义务的,受赠人应当按照约定履行义务。
