释义	遗嘱不是一定要公证的。经过公证的遗嘱叫做公证遗嘱，公证遗嘱并不是唯一有效的遗嘱形式，我国法律共规定了六种遗嘱形式，包括：自书遗嘱、代书遗嘱、口头遗嘱、录音录像遗嘱、打印遗嘱及公证遗嘱，不管当事人订立何种形式的遗嘱，只要遗嘱在内容及形式方面符合法律规定的生效要件，就属于合法有效的遗嘱。所以，遗嘱不是一定要公证的。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十四条、第一千一百三十五条、第一千一百三十六条、第一千一百三十七条、第一千一百三十八条、第一千一百三十九条
