释义	为保护未成年人的身心健康，国务院令第364号公布了《禁止使用童工规定》，禁止用人单位招用不满16周岁的未成年人。根据规定，包括国家机关、社会团体、企业事业单位、民办非企业单位、个体工商户在内的用人单位，均不得招用不满16周岁的未成年人，也就是童工;同时禁止任何单位或个人为不满16周岁的未成年人介绍就业，禁止不满16周岁的未成年人开业从事个体经营活动。
