释义	《中华人民共和国继承法》第17条第2款规定：“自书遗嘱由遗嘱人亲笔书写，签名，注明年、月、日。”根据这项规定，自书遗嘱的要求是：(1)须由遗嘱人亲笔书写遗嘱内容并签名；(2)须由遗嘱人亲自用笔书写遗嘱全文。因此，只要符合继承法关于自书遗嘱的书写格式，书写人是具备完全民事能力的，所处分的的是自己的财产，那么自书遗嘱就具备法律效力。
