工商营业执照年检需要的材料有企业通信地址、邮政编码、联系电话、电子邮箱等信息；企业开业、歇业、清算等存续状态信息；企业投资设立企业、购买股权信息；企业为有限责任公司或者股份有限公司的，其股东或者发起人认缴和实缴的出资额、出资时间、出资方式等信息等。企业从业人数、资产总额、负债总额、对外提供保证担保、所有者权益合计、营业总收入、主营业务收入、利润总额、净利润、纳税总额信息；企业参保险种、参保人数和单位缴费基数、实际缴费金额、累计欠缴金额社保信息；企业主营业务活动、女性从业人员、企业控股情况、分支机构隶属母公司的统一社会信用代码统计信息。企业发现其公示信息不准确的，应当及时更正。企业年度报告公示信息的更能正应当在2017年6月30日前完成。更正前后的信息、更正时间及理由与年报信息同时公示。更正信息流程参考年度报告报送公示流程。办理营业执照年检，需要经办人带上营业执照、年检报告书、委托书及其它材料，如果是特许经营行业，还应当带上许可证书。经办人去企业所在地的工商部门申请，工作人员对材料进行审查，符合情况的，颁发年检证书。
法律依据：根据《个体工商户验照办法》第四条的规定，“个体工商户应当于每年的1月1日至5月31日到核发营业执照的工商行政管理机关或者工商行政管理机关委托的工商所验照。
