释义	法律分析：同居一年不算夫妻。办理结婚登记领取结婚证的，才确立婚姻关系，算合法夫妻。只要没有领取结婚证同居的，属于非法同居关系，没有法律效力，不算是法律承认的合法夫妻关系。目前我国法律不承认事实婚姻，因此想要成为夫妻，建立合法的夫妻关系，必须要到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
