释义	法律分析: 当出票人出票时记载“不得转让”后，其后手再进行背书转让，票据有效。票据仍能背书转让，只是原背书人对背书人之后的被背书人不承担担保承兑和担保付款的责任。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国票据法》第三十四条背书人在汇票上记载‘不得转让字样’，其后手再背书转让的，原背书人对其后手的被背书人不承担保证责任。
