释义	分居是指夫妻双方在继续维持其夫妻关系的情况下，停止共同生活，并各自建立属于自己的生活方式的状况。通常情况下，即使夫妻双方仍然同住于一个屋檐下，但只要彼此已分房，各不相干，这种情况如果满了两年，那么在法律上即可认定为夫妻分居。在法定分居情况下，双方当事人可通过自愿协商或法庭判决的方式对财产分割、配偶赡养费、子女抚养费等问题作出安排。
