释义	法律分析：减刑程序主要经过监狱和人民法院两个机关。法律依据：《中华人民共和国监狱法》第三十条减刑建议由监狱向人民法院提出，人民法院应当自收到减刑建议书之日起一个月内予以审核裁定；案情复杂或者情况特殊的，可以延长一个月。减刑裁定的副本应当抄送人民检察院。《中华人民共和国刑法》第七十九条　对于犯罪分子的减刑，由执行机关向中级以上人民法院提出减刑建议书。人民法院应当组成合议庭进行审理，对确有悔改或者立功事实的，裁定予以减刑。非经法定程序不得减刑。
