释义	法律分析：不可。我国的法律规定和司法实践，罪犯配偶不得在监狱过夜。可按照规定通信会见。法律依据：《中华人民共和国监狱法》第十九条罪犯不得携带子女在监内服刑。第二十条罪犯收监后，监狱应当通知罪犯家属。通知书应当自收监之日起五日内发出。第四十七条罪犯在服刑期间可以与他人通信，但是来往信件应当经过监狱检查。监狱发现有碍罪犯改造内容的信件，可以扣留。罪犯写给监狱的上级机关和司法机关的信件，不受检查。第四十八条罪犯在监狱服刑期间，按照规定，可以会见亲属、监护人。
