释义	法律分析：民间借贷的利息由双方约定，但超过同期银行贷款利率四倍的，不受法律保护，也就是说如果借钱的人不还钱，债权人起诉到法院，法院判决的话，只会按照同期银行贷款利率的四倍判决利息，超出的不判，只要是在这个范围之内，是受法律保护的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十条借款的利息不得预先在本金中扣除。利息预先在本金中扣除的，应当按照实际借款数额返还借款并计算利息。
