释义	对父母无力抚养的未成年弟、妹，有抚养能力的兄、姐有抚养义务，但若弟、妹已成年为完全民事行为能力人的，或兄、姐本身也无抚养能力的，兄、姐不负担抚养义务。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《民法典》第一千零七十五条规定，有负担能力的兄、姐，对于父母已经死亡或者父母无力抚养的未成年弟、妹，有扶养的义务。由兄、姐扶养长大的有负担能力的弟、妹，对于缺乏劳动能力又缺乏生活来源的兄、姐，有扶养的义务。（《民法典》生效时间为2021年1月1日）。
