释义	法律分析：无合理原因的出口不收汇属于违规行为,可按逃汇进行处罚。法律依据：《出口收汇核销管理办法》第三条出口收汇核销实行属地管理原则，即出口单位办理备案登记、申领出口收汇核销单和办理出口收汇核销手续，均应当在其注册所在地外汇局办理。第二十六条货物出口后，出口单位应当按照出口合同约定的收汇时间和方式以及报关单注明的成交总价，及时、足额地收回货款。即期收汇项下应当在货物报关出口后180天内收汇，远期收汇项下应在远期备案的收汇期限内收汇。
