释义	对刑事自诉案件，经人民法院查明案件事实，足以证明被告人已构成犯罪，必须迅速采取强制措施，以保证案件审理的顺利进行。对被告人在审理期间无故拒不到庭，决定逮捕后经公安机关追捕未能归案的案件，可以中止审理，待被告人被追捕归案后，再恢复审理。根据刑法第七十七条的规定，被告人在人民法院采取了强制措施以后逃避审判的，不受追诉时效的限制。
