释义	法律分析：根据有关法律法规的规定，虐待家庭成员、被虐待人要求处理的或者是遗弃没有独立生活能力的被抚养人的，会被判处五日以下的拘留或者警告的处罚。发生家庭暴力或者虐待家庭成员的，当地的居民委员会和所在单位应该要及时劝阻、调解。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第四十五条有下列行为之一的，处五日以下拘留或者警告： 1、虐待家庭成员，被虐待人要求处理的； 2、遗弃没有独立生活能力的被抚养人的。
