释义	(一)案件事实清楚、证据充分的；(二)被告人承认自己所犯罪行，对指控的犯罪事实没有异议的；(三)被告人对适用简易程序没有异议的。人民检察院在提起公诉的时候，可以建议人民法院适用简易程序。法律依据《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百五十七条适用范围基层人民法院和它派出的法庭审理事实清楚、权利义务关系明确、争议不大的简单的民事案件，适用本章规定。基层人民法院和它派出的法庭审理前款规定以外的民事案件，当事人双方也可以约定适用简易程序。
