释义	法律分析：已经受理退票的不能再要回了，只能是重新买；退票受理后，会在十五个工作日内扣除手续费后，退回原来的支付方式账户中。改签或变更到站后的车票乘车日期在春运期间的，退票时一律按开车时间前不足二十四小时标准核收退票费。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百一十六条旅客因自己的原因不能按照客票记载的时间乘坐的，应当在约定的期限内办理退票或者变更手续；逾期办理的，承运人可以不退票款，并不再承担运输义务。
