释义	法律分析: 债权置换是指债券持有人决定出售一个或多个目前持有的债券，以换取其他具有相同或类似市值的债券的一种风险规避方法。旧债券的更换和新债券的使用几乎同时进行。也是政府为解决金融危机而延长国债到期支付时间的一种方法。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百五十三条公司债券的概念和发行条件本法所称公司债券，是指公司依照法定程序发行、约定在一定期限还本付息的有价证券。公司发行公司债券应当符合《中华人民共和国证券法》规定的发行条件。
