释义	如果是产假，当然是三个月，按底薪算。计件按过去三个月的平均工资算。如果是病假，所有月薪工人以月薪为计算基准，所有计件工人则以其过去三个月的平均工资为计算基准。但工人所有之工资不低于最低工资的80%，如果低于此标准的，以最低工资的80%计发。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第二十九条规定女职工怀孕期间，用人单位不得单方与女职工解除劳动合同，即使双方的劳动合同履行期限届满，劳动合同也应顺延至产后一年，才能与女职工解除劳动合同，但女职工提出解除劳动合同的除外。
