释义	法律分析: 和情人同居一般不算重婚罪。但是如果和情人长期共同以夫妻名义生活，那就有可能构成重婚罪。另外与他人同居是法律规定的重大过错，如果因此离婚，另一方又没有过错的话，可以请求离婚损害赔偿。法律依据:《刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。《民法典》第一千零四十二条禁止包办、买卖婚姻和其他干涉婚姻自由的行为。禁止借婚姻索取财物。禁止重婚。禁止有配偶者与他人同居。禁止家庭暴力。禁止家庭成员间的虐待和遗弃。
