释义	法律分析：一般情况下，二审发回重审的案件，改判几率是不大的。但是，如果出现足以推翻原判的新事实、新证据的，改判的几率还是很大的。二审改判的情形：1、原判决适用法律错误。2、原判决认定事实错误，或者原判决认定事实不清，证据不足，裁定撤销原判决，发回原审人民法院重审，或者查清事实后改判。3、原告诉讼请求无事实或法律依据，原审判决却支持其诉讼请求。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百七十条原审人民法院对发回重审的案件作出判决后，当事人提起上诉的，第二审人民法院不得再次发回重审。
