释义	法律分析：可以拒收。未经过用户同意就把快递放在代收点、快递柜，违反了合同约定。用户寄快递，相当于与快递公司建立了一个委托合同，委托事项是“将指定物品送达指定地点给指定的人”。未经收件人同意将快递放在代收点，并不算按约履行了合同，是违约，也是违法。法律依据：《快递暂行条例》第二十五条经营快递业务的企业应当将快件投递到约定的收件地址、收件人或者收件人指定的代收人，并告知收件人或者代收人当面验收。收件人或者代收人有权当面验收。
