释义	法律分析: “负数发票”就是通常所说的红字发票。按正常申报就可以了。如果是增值税一般纳税人，通过防伪税控系统开具发票的，次月初抄报税之后，存根联数据就会有了，其中如果是专用发票的话，在税务机关开具出红字发票通知单的时候，就已经是销项（进项）转出了。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国发票管理办法》第二十一条所有单位和从事生产、经营活动的个人在购买商品、接受服务以及从事其他经营活动支付款项，应当向收款方取得发票。第二十二条不符合规定的发票，不得作为财务报销凭证，任何单位和个人有权拒收。
