释义	法律分析：  受疫情影响，有些海关的货物是不可以通过的，朝鲜海关货物可以检验合格的是可以通过的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国国境卫生检疫法》第九条来自国外的船舶、航空器因故停泊、降落在中国境内非口岸地点的时候，船舶、航空器的负责人应当立即向就近的国境卫生检疫机关或者当地卫生行政部门报告。除紧急情况外，未经国境卫生检疫机关或者当地卫生行政部门许可，任何人不准上下船舶、航空器，不准装卸行李、货物、邮包等物品。
