信用卡拖欠十万停息挂账后可以不还钱吗

停息挂账并不是不用还款。
停息挂账是指信用卡持卡人因特殊情况不能如期归还信用卡欠款或贷款，与银行协商之后，由银行暂停按期计息，并将欠款留后处理。也就是说目前欠多少钱就还多少钱，不会继续计算利息以及产生罚息。
