经济仲裁的程序是什么？

法律分析：
一是受理，仲裁程序是以当事人向仲裁机构申请仲裁为起始；二是组庭，双方当事人应当在规定的期限内约定仲裁庭的组成方式和选定仲裁员；三是开庭审理，仲裁委员会应当在仲裁规则规定的期限内将开庭日期通知双方当事人；四是裁决。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国仲裁法》
第四条 当事人采用仲裁方式解决纠纷，应当双方自愿，达成仲裁协议。没有仲裁协议，一方申请仲裁的，仲裁委员会不予受理。
第五条 当事人达成仲裁协议，一方向人民法院起诉的，人民法院不予受理，但仲裁协议无效的除外。
