释义	仅办理驾驶证转入业务的，无需体检。如果是办理驾驶证期满转入换证业务（可在驾驶证有效期满前90天内办理）的，则需参加体检。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第四十二条驾驶员每年体检年龄从60岁提高到70岁。目前，60周岁以上的驾驶员应当每年体检并提交身体条件证明。新规对此做了更新，今后70周岁以下的驾驶员将不用每年体检和提交身体条件证明。该内容由陈亚楠律师和点行律询共创回答
