释义	法律分析：二者的区别在于：1、无效合同是自始无效的，对合同当事人自始至终没有约束力，可撤销合同是合法成立生效的，被撤销的合同自始无效；2、无效的情形与可撤销的情形不同。可撤销的情形为：重大误解、显失公平、欺诈胁迫；3、确认无效不受期限限制，但是行使撤销权受到1年除斥期间的限制；4、法律后果不同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
