释义	如果认定书丢失，是可以补办的，只要携带医院证明还有员工本人的身份证到以前办理劳动能力鉴定书的部门去调取认定书原件，然后复印一份，并让该部门的相关工作人员在复印件上盖章。法律依据《工伤保险条例》第二十二条劳动能力鉴定是指劳动功能障碍程度和生活自理障碍程度的等级鉴定。劳动功能障碍分为十个伤残等级，最重的为一级，最轻的为十级。生活自理障碍分为三个等级：生活完全不能自理、生活大部分不能自理和生活部分不能自理。劳动能力鉴定标准由国务院社会保险行政部门会同国务院卫生行政部门等部门制定。
