释义	超过诉讼时效的法律后果为债务人获得时效经过的抗辩权，债权人可能会因此丧失胜诉权。如果债权有“时效已过”之事实，义务人主张诉讼时效抗辩权的，权利的请求权被阻却，义务免于履行。对于权利人而言，债权并不产生任何影响，债权仍是完全债权。【法律依据】《民法典》第一百九十二条诉讼时效期间届满的，义务人可以提出不履行义务的抗辩。诉讼时效期间届满后，义务人同意履行的，不得以诉讼时效期间届满为由抗辩；义务人已经自愿履行的，不得请求返还。第一百九十三条人民法院不得主动适用诉讼时效的规定。
