释义	法律客观：《特种设备作业人员监督管理办法》第二十二条《特种设备作业人员证》每4年复审一次。持证人员应当在复审期届满3个月前，向发证部门提出复审申请。对持证人员在4年内符合有关安全技术规范规定的不间断作业要求和安全、节能教育培训要求，且无违章操作或者管理等不良记录、未造成事故的，发证部门应当按照有关安全技术规范的规定准予复审合格，并在证书正本上加盖发证部门复审合格章。复审不合格、逾期未复审的，其《特种设备作业人员证》予以注销。
