释义	法律分析：抵押原则上是不需要公证的，一些银行和放款机构要求做的一项公证叫“抵押强制公证”，其大致意思就是说如果倒债务人不覆行债务，银行或放款机构可以绕开繁琐的法院拍卖程序，凭公证书强制将房产处置用于归还贷款，大多数私人借贷或公司借贷都会采取这样的措施。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公证法》第三十六条经公证的民事法律行为、有法律意义的事实和文书，应当作为认定事实的根据，但有相反证据足以推翻该项公证的除外。
