释义	法律分析：儿媳对公婆没有养老的义务，只有辅助丈夫赡养公婆的责任。但是如果儿媳自愿抚养老人的，可以在继承老人遗产的时候作为第一顺序继承人进行继承或者也可以签订遗赠抚养协议。子女不履行赡养义务，导致父母生活困难的，父母可以要求子女给付赡养费。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
