释义	法律分析：《老年人权益保障法》是针对老年人这一特殊群体的保护、保障制定的专门性法律；此外，我国《宪法》、《民法通则》、《婚姻法》、《继承法》、《刑法》以及《劳动法》等重要法律法规中，也都对保护老年人合法权益作了相应的规定。法律依据：《老年人权益保障法》第二条本法所称老年人是指六十周岁以上的公民。第三条国家保障老年人依法享有的权益。老年人有从国家和社会获得物质帮助的权利,有享受社会服务和社会优待的权利，有参与社会发展和共享发展成果的权利。禁止歧视、侮辱、虐待或者遗弃老年人。
